LemonadeLXP and PlainsCapital Bank Win Bronze for Advance in Gaming Technology at Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards

Ottawa, ON, January 8th 2021

LemonadeLXP, the learning experience and digital adoption platform for financial institutions, and PlainsCapital Bank have won Bronze for Best Advance in Gaming or Simulation Technology at the 2020 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.

“The vision for LemonadeLXP was to morph the learning experience into an addictive game so that employees learn through play,” said John Findlay, Founder and CEO of LemonadeLXP. “ Seeing PlainsCapital drive better learning outcomes with the platform is rewarding for our entire team. It’s also neat to see the various ways they’re using LemonadeLXP’s rapid authoring tools to create effective game-based training modules.”

“The Lemonade program was a perfect fit for us,” said Jennifer Williams, Vice President, Banking Services Training Manager, PlainsCapital Bank. “It has allowed us to expand our training footprint without taking employees out of the branch and keeps the learners engaged through gameplay.  Employees are able to train at their convenience in short bursts so they are not pulled away from assisting clients.”

LemonadeLXP and PlainsCapital Bank were also awarded Gold in the Best Advance in Technology Innovation for the Remote Workforce category.  LemonadeLXP has taken home titles at Brandon Hall Group awards programs every year since 2017. Mostly recently, earlier this year, LemonadeLXP earned a Bronze award in the Best Use of Games and Simulations for Learning category at Brandon Hall Group’s Spring 2020 awards program.
