The topics we are looking for
We’re looking for actionable ideas that touch on the entire talent lifecycle — plan, hire, develop. To get you started, here are a few of the topics this year’s attendees will want to hear about:

The presentation format
Presentations can be done as talks, panels, or fireside chats with anywhere from one to four people. This year we’re also featuring speakers who will lead longer master classes — workshops that combine an interactive speaker presentation, live exercises, audience participation, and community building.
We’re looking for people with stories that focus on transformation, innovation, and results; we’re not looking for company promos. If you want to share your story (and we hope you do), submit your story now. Our submissions will stay open until May 1, 2020.
