Your guide to ATS reports: The basics

In this brand new resource, we guide you through essential recruitment analytics. We introduce you to the standard reports you’ll need to use, and provide tips for getting more out of your data.

From ‘Time to Hire’ to ‘Diversity’ reporting, we focus on four key standard reports your Applicant Tracking System should provide. We also touch on the importance of benchmarking, how to delve deeper into ‘Source’ reporting, and reference our old friend the DPA again!

What recruitment analytics are included?

In this guide, you’ll discover:

  • How to use key standard reports
  • How to use recruitment analytics to improve your processes
  • Why ATS reports and data are so important
  • How to track your recruitment costs
  • And more…

Who is this guide for?

As the name might suggest, we really start with the basics in this guide. It’s an introduction for any in-house recruiters who are new to an Applicant Tracking System, or who perhaps need a reintroduction to recruitment analytics.

We’ve kept it simple, plain-speaking and packed with  tips that you can start putting into practice at your desk straight away (or, in today’s world, kitchen table.).

Well, there’s a lot of good stuff in here (but then we would say that, wouldn’t we).

One of our favourite tips is to practice: Get really comfortable with your data. To deliver the most out of your recruitment analytics, you need to be confident running and analysing your ATS reports. Then your data can begin to make an impact on your team and wider organisation.

If you’re not sure where to get started, always talk to your supplier. They’re there to help you get the best from your Applicant Tracking System after all!

And, of course, don’t forget to download your guide 🙂
