He should know - his company, founded in 1994, now sports a market cap of $2 billion and is growing at a rate of more than 25% per year. Now, I'm as cynical as the next guy when software vendors make claims like being the 'first' or 'only' to do something. Multiple software vendors for example say that they are the only 'On Demand Staffing Software', when in reality virtually all providers have adopted or are adopting the SAAS model. Nevertheless, I'll stick my neck out and make a claim: according to Microsoft, we are the first and only Vista Certified (WPF) staffing software.

Although not the only company with Vista Certified solutions, we were I believe the only enterprise software company and most certainly the only staffing software company. Besides us, they featured the New York Times, an airline reservation website and others.
