Allegedly sleazing staffing behavior : A manager at a San Antonio-area staffing agency has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman who applied for a job at the firm where he worked. Registered sex offender Victor Mireles , 32, was arrested Thursday morning after a woman accused him of groping her and telling her he’d give her a job with Staff Connection if she’d sleep with him.
