Danae Harper is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of HR, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing experience spanning multiple industries and supporting global organizations of various sizes. Starting her career in traditional HR, she supplemented her experience by obtaining her Masters in Marketing and broadening her areas of focus to bridge a gap that she saw in the industry. She has worked for industry leaders such as Pizza Hut, Toyota North America, and Match Group where she led efforts across Employer Branding and Talent. She has a true passion for setting organizations up as Employers of Choice nationally, as well as in local talent markets. When not hard at work, she (pre-COVID) enjoys traveling and collecting cookbooks from new destinations around the globe so she can bring a little bit of the culture home through her cooking for friends and family.
