The new year is in full swing, and HR pros around the world are looking for tools and tactics to make the most of their recruiting efforts in 2018. One of the best ways to get everything you need — including some major inspiration and networking — is to attend the best HR events and conferences. Whether you are looking for better data, need advice on retention or simply want to be motivated by the best speakers in the businesses, conferences are the one-stop HR shop.

While there are dozens and dozens of events to attend from coast to coast, budgets are tight and time is in even shorter supply. So for the sake of your finance department and your sanity, here are my picks for the ten events that an HR exec simply cannot miss.

Best Places to Work Tour 2018
