Government of Canada to Harness the Power of Artificial Intelligence

WORKLAND announced today the official deployment of ATLAS, its innovative recruitment technology within the federal government for testing through the Build in Canada Innovation Program. ATLAS is an artificially intelligent technology that facilitates and accelerates the recruitment process through concrete use of Artificial Intelligence and process automation.

WORKLAND has been awarded a major innovation contract through the Build in Canada Innovation Program (BCIP), a program aimed at helping innovative Canadian companies commercialize their products.  To qualify, Workland had to meet the strict requirements of the program in terms of degree of innovation. .

The Ministry of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada is leading the way by example when it comes to fueling innovation in Canada by selecting WORKLAND’s ATLAS technology to help supercharge their recruitment efficiency.

By adopting a simplified process powered by AI, ATLAS strengthens and supports recruitment teams by customizing the match-making process between candidates and employers, automating job diffusion and recruitment on social media, in and outbound communications, compatibility analysis during pre-selection, psychometric match & candidacy management and tracking.

The program helps Canadian innovators get their product to market faster, and helps them succeed in the marketplace, by buying and testing innovations in real-operational settings.

Through the program, innovators can sell their pre-commercial products or services to the different federal government entities, while keep both intellectual property and equity in their company.
