Are you still using ‘Print-Screen’ to share your Glassdoor analytics with coworkers? Time to rejoice, for the era of copy and paste is over! With Glassdoor’s new Share Reports feature, you can now easily share a picture-perfect report to be delivered directly to the coworker(s) of your choice.
How Does It Work?
Sign into your Employer Center and prepare a report as you normally would under the Analytics tab.
Once your report is ready, click on the “Report Options” drop-down menu at the top right of your screen and select “Share with a Coworker.” This is our new Share Reports feature, which allows you to easily send your report to your team via email.
After you’ve clicked “Share with a Coworker,” a window will pop up asking you to fill out the recipient’s email address and add a quick message. Note: the recipient’s email address domain must match that of your company’s. If it doesn’t, you’ll not be able to share your report with that person.
Your coworker will then receive a notification email telling them that you’ve shared a report with them. First-time viewers will be asked to set up their Analytics Only account to access the report, along with all of the other reports in the Employer Center.
What’s an Analytics Only account? These account holders cannot edit your reports or see anything else in your Glassdoor for Employer Account.

And that’s it! You are now able to share your reports with your coworkers of choice right from the your Employer Center, whenever you want.
