I decided to compile a list of innovative talent sourcing hacks and strategies for finding candidates online. Many recruiters are searching for new and unique ways to connect with both active and passive candidates online. To achieve this, I consulted with several of my sourcing colleagues and have put together an updated list of hacks that can be useful for novice recruiters.

3. Look for reviews that mention the specific niche area or industry you are targeting.

  1. This is a great blog! Recruiters it’s time for you all to take an independent leap and be free from the constraint set by the conventional way of recruiting. It’s honestly very important to change with time and adapt. Moreover, with the current bars raising high in tech industry, recruiters have to step up and automate their process of tech screening. This will take them to another level of recruitment as tech hiring tools are being used more and more in all the companies!
