Maybe you noticed recently that SignalHire has added some new features? They slowly started rolling out these updates over the fall, but I still wanted go over all of them in a quick recap. This week, I had the opportunity to speak with Ross Farr founder of SignalHire. He was excited to showcase all the new upgrades and I hope my post gets you pumped about this tool.

Here’s all the recent updates:

1. Updates on API

Getting the “freshest” LinkedIn profiles in real time. Profiles are sent in CSV file format or as a raw data. They can be enriched (according to a chosen plan) with:

  • Emails (if any found);
  • Emails, phone numbers, links to other social media where a candidate is registered in (if any found);
  • None above (just a profile):

2. New Bulk Actions

Finding contact info for up to 1,000 (one thousand) candidates at a time according to specified search criteria. Exporting profiles in a CSV file for up to 1,000 candidates at a time.

3. New LinkedIn URL import – HUGE Bonus!!

Uploading a list of LinkedIn profile URLs (up to 2,500 URLs in a file) and enriching them with emails, phone numbers and links to other social media where a candidate is registered in (if any found). All uploaded links go to an automatically created Lead list where users can continue managing profiles.

Recently, LinkedIn announced that they would not allow users to export out email addresses of user profiles. SignalHire’s best new update has to do with enriching personal data. You can now import your LinkedIn contacts via CSV and this tool will enrich with contact information!

4. New Profile Export

Exporting the whole profile into a PDF/CSV file formats.

Exporting the whole profile with all found information to a bunch of ATSs/CRMs:

  • PCRecruiter
  • Zoho
  • CATSone
  • Vincere
  • Compass
  • Taleo
  • Reply.io
