When I say automation, I’m sure your first instinct is to cringe. Join the club.

All the fancy new recruitment automation comes with the standard messages. But is working at your company “just average?” Do candidates want to come to a job that’s “just average”?

That’s a whole lot of nope.

So how do you personalize recruitment automation messages and make candidates feel something even when the machine is doing the talking? Well, that’s why I’m writing this blog.
