Recently, I had the opportunity to lead a session on tools at the SourceCon digital conference where I highlighted the platform HackerRank. It is a coding assessment tool that verifies a software engineer’s coding skills and overall technical abilities. The platform offers a wide range of technical roles and skill sets to test for during coding challenges and allows for customization of the number of questions and time constraints. I highly recommend checking it out as it is an excellent tool to asses a coders over skills and abilities.

Here’s what the Interview Platform offers:

Review Assessment courses with your team:

Evaluate the Right Skills for the Job

You can conduct live interviews with your team:

Here’s what I really like about the platform:

  1. Easily create coding assessment courses.
  2. Rank results and see where candidates missed the bar.
  3. Sync the platform right to your ATS — and move the leads onto the next steps.
  4. Plagiarism features — easily see if the candidates have cheated.
