Tech Pro Research published a report Opens a new window on the common tactics, issues with implementation, and effectiveness of cybersecurity strategies. 39% of the respondents said their companies had formal cybersecurity policies that were regularly updated. Just as many had their strategies developed on the fly, as new threats and conditions emerged. 

But we’re interested in something else here: employee security training was listed as one of the most common challenges that companies faced when implementing these strategies. 58% of the respondents said it was challenging to get employees to comply with the policies.
