Candidate Feedback Platform provider, Survale, will be participating in the Talent Board’s Candidate Experience Best Practices Workshop in San Diego March 7, 2017. This afternoon workshop will be co-hosted by Cumming Corporation and ViaSat Inc., and will be held at ViaSat Inc. headquarters in Carlsbad.

These half-day workshops are part of the Talent Board’s annual candidate experience survey and award program that runs year ‘round.

Candidate experience best practicesAs the only automatic, “always on” candidate experience feedback and analytics solution on the market, many of Survale’s clients participate in the Talent Board’s CandE Award program every year, and Survale supports the Talent Board’s efforts as a Gold Sponsor of the program.

The event consists of a CandE winner keynote, interactive breakout exercises focused on candidate experience best practices and Talent Board candidate experience benchmark research. In addition, there will be multiple opportunities for networking between hiring organizations.

In today’s digital age, a poor candidate experience can be bad for business. According to the 2016 Talent Board candidate experience research:

  • 66% of candidates will share negative recruiting experiences with their inner circle (friends, family, peers).
  • 34% of candidates will share negative recruiting experiences online via social media.
  • 41% of global candidates who believe they have had a “negative” overall 1-star job seeker experience (based on a 1-5 Likert Scale rating) say they will take their alliance, product purchases and relationship somewhere else.

Survale’s Candidate Feedback Platform provides an unparalleled solution for gathering candidate feedback from career site through to hiring, onboarding and beyond. It embeds in the hiring organization’s career site and job application workflow, tracking candidate behavior, gathering qualitative employer brand and candidate experience feedback and combining it with quantitative metrics like career site traffic, time to complete job applications, drop off rate, applicants per source and much more.

Survale’s powerful analytics combine candidate feedback and behavior with other metrics like quality of hire, onboarding effectiveness, hiring manager satisfaction, employee engagement and much more. To see Survale in action, click here.
