For recruiters, it’s been an especially trying year as many companies slowed — or even froze — hiring and were forced to layoff employees. As a team that writes for and about recruiters and talent teams, we have been beyond inspired by the work that you have done in 2020. We watched as you placed urgently needed frontline healthcare workers in hospitals around the world and helped laid-off and furloughed workers find new roles in industries where talent was desperately needed — not to mention the work you’ve done improving your company’s diversity and inclusion efforts, building out remote hiring processes, ramping up your internal mobility programs, and more. 

With everything that’s happened, we wanted to know which of the articles we published this year resonated the most with you. We took a look and rounded up the ten most-read posts below. They touch on some of the topics mentioned above, such as the shift to remote work and company responses to the pandemic, but there are also a few surprises
