With all that competition, staying ahead and advancing your HR career is vital. There are many ways to do it, but nothing has more of an impact on your career than networking. As social media becomes more engrained in our lives, it presents opportunities too good to pass up. The ability to network quickly, easily and on your schedule is one of those important opportunities.
