A Thank You from Lever Co-founder Nate Smith

Dear Lever Customers and Community:

After an amazing 10-year journey, I have made the difficult decision to depart from my role leading the Lever team. Going forward, I will remain an advisor to Lever, and I am incredibly excited about Lever’s future.

Lever’s executive team, together with Employ CEO Pete Lamson, will continue to lead the Lever organization.

Lever helped to define the modern Talent Acquisition Suite, offering the first talent CRM and ATS in a single solution. Today, Lever continues to invest in our products and services more than ever.

This year, we have released a new industry-leading analytics solution, powerful new configuration capabilities to support scaling organizations, Lever product certification, 24/7 support, and an ever-growing ecosystem of new partnership integrations.

In joining Employ this year, Lever is now a cornerstone solution of the largest modern Talent Acquisition Suite provider. Combined, Employ has over 18,000 customers, 3.1 million job postings, and 500 million candidate relationships.

Lever is committed to continuing to investing in our roadmap in addition to accelerating through our combined strengths as part of Employ. Our future has never been brighter.

Thank you to all Lever customers

Lever’s customers have always been our motivation and our inspiration. I have you, our customers, to thank for helping us to understand how we can raise the bar in Talent Acquisition.

We learned from you that rapidly growing organizations need collaborative, easy-to-use software that supports them in building authentic relationships with talent.

I also have every current and former member of the Lever team and the Employ team to thank. Your contributions built an organization that I’m proud to say I was a part of for over 10 years.

Thank you, each and every member of the Lever community, for building a culture in which we can bring our whole selves to work.

I look forward to witnessing the amazing things that I know the Lever community will accomplish next. As always, I look forward to the future, and the opportunity for every organization to connect human potential to meaningful work.

Sincerely, Nate Smith, Co-founder and CEO, Lever
