Talent Connect 2023: Here’s What to Know and What to Expect

Talent Connect is coming soon! Once again, the conference will bring the community of global talent leaders and practitioners together to shape the future of work — this time, in New York City, over the week of October 2. 

Our 2023 conference will feature an exclusive in-person event, Talent Connect Summit, for senior industry leaders, as well as a virtual broadcast, Talent Connect Show, that will be open to all (watch from home or office or while you’re on the go). Whether you’re joining us live or virtually, you’ll be able to watch keynote addresses from inspiring speakers, talking about how HR, talent acquisition, and learning and development leaders can seize this moment of workplace change to create bold new ways of working. 

For those joining us in New York, there will be chances to network, workshop your critical business problems with peers, and be inspired by provocative thought leaders speaking on today’s most trending issues. The conference will cover everything from AI’s impact on the industry to the redefinition of workplace productivity and culture. And, of course, there will also be breakout sessions, hosted by industry leaders and influencers from around the globe. 

The call for speakers for Talent Connect 2023 is open until June 2. Registration for the in-person Summit is open now by invitation only through your LinkedIn representative. Our online experience, Talent Connect Show, is open to everyone, with registration beginning in August. More details are still to come about this virtual talk-show style broadcast, which will stream to a global audience the week of October 2.
