Being able to tell that a recruiter has no idea who they’re talking to during a phone screen. One recruiter friend was averaging 13-15 half-hour phone screens in a day for a period. Also, as much props I give my friend for that frenzied period of 13-15 phone screens per day, it wasn’t sustainable nor realistic.
