Adding Tags
Anyone who can edit the candidate can add tags to the candidate’s profile to contribute additional data on the individual. Tags can be easily added or removed.
Deeper Search Functionality
Candidate tags allow you to easily search for candidates that fit your criteria. Once you have a group, it’s simple to reach out to them en masse.
Managing Tags
Users with HR Admin or IT Admin roles can manage tags in Company Settings. If you want to make them visually stand out, choose a color from the color palette.
Tag You’re It
While a candidate tag is a simple concept, it enables you to categorize candidates any way you want. Please let us know how you’re using them.
