The 2.3.0 release is scheduled to be deployed on August 12, 2019. The platform will be placed in maintenance mode for a short time from 2:00am through 6:00am ET. The TalVista platform will be offline to deploy a new release during this time. The full release notes are below.

- Issue with multiple resume review (the same Reviewer was able to review a resume several times and assign different scores to it, which were subsequently added while calculating arithmetic mean and comparison rating)

- Cancelled possibility for Owner with turned on only Structured Interviews module to drag and drop resumes
- Issue with all modules turned off (there was an access to create new job but only its title as well as edit job`s name, Jobs were clickable which led to blank page)
- Issue with Job description configuration (Owners used to get notifications the first time Job was edited with score under threshold, subsequent editions below the threshold of the same job were not alerted)
- Issues with Notifications Scheduler (mails weren`t sent)
- Issues with permissions (Users with Reviewer and Interviewer Roles could be added as Owner (Status) to a specific Job, Reviewer with specific Job had permissions of Owner (his role in system) – edit job description, hire recommendation, assign interview, edit job settings, send manual reminders etc.)
- Issues with notifications for closed jobs (when clicked interview link lead to interview and there was a possibility to conduct it , as well as assign interviewer and create new round for Owner)
- Issue with manual reminders being sent to Reviewer (Reviewer or other selected Users received notifications about resumes available for review even though Job was closed)
- Fixed possibility to send manual reminder about resume review if there is no resume uploaded
- Issue with possibility to add Interviewer as Owner/Reviewer to a Job
- Fixed possibility to create rounds and add interviewers for closed job – there also existed a possibility to review resumes for closed jobs
- Fixed possibility to review resumes by the link clicked after closing a Job (now Alert job closure appears along with reference to Job Owner’s mail)
- User with system role Owner was added as Reviewer by force
- Owner status could be changed to Reviewer, but not from Reviewer to Owner
- Reviewer status couldn’t be changed to Owner
- An Interview could be assigned to blocked User
- Blocked Users received Notifications on resume review (manual forced ones), resume notifications, notifications from Scheduler
- System Role could be updated for blocked Users
- Broken link for Scheduler
- Resume notifications links (all) redirection was changed to resume review page
Email Notifications for New Resumes Added to Jobs
The Admin->Settings section now includes the ability to manage how often Email Notifications are sent out when New Resumes are added to Jobs. The available options are at intervals of every 5, 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes.
