Those J1 Visas Keep Our Resorts Running

I'm just back from a three-day ski jaunt with the kids at Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana. Very nice. And the service was great too, no small thanks to all the Poles, Brasilians and other J1 visa holders that seem to do most of the the work there. The resorts can't find Americans to fill these jobs [at a pay rate that allows for profit] that pay poorly but come with season passes and other benefits.

Kim Turner of Manpower of Salt Lake developed and popularized the original facility as well as a number of early innovations in our front-back office. Although not a programmer by profession, she demonstrated an uncanny knack for getting close to her customers and delivering solutions with the TempWorks platform.
