Kat’s Top Blog Posts of 2022

I’ve spent the last year scribbling down blog posts, but more than any time over the last 10 years of this blog’s existence, I’ve been hearing back from you. People who felt inspired. People who felt like the blog helped them understand more – about pronouns, job post writing, and people.

That’s what keeps me writing. When I’m feeling discouraged, it’s so easy for this blog to start to feel like an echo chamber. Then, you write and tell me your stories. Ask questions. Those messages make me want to keep going. You inspire me every day and I hope 2023 will include even more responses, ideas, and questions from people like you.

However, I know day to day life keeps us all busy. I don’t expect that anyone has read all of our posts. If you’re anything like me, you’re probably trying to catch up on all the top blog posts, podcasts, articles, and social media posts you might have missed this year being so busy with day-to-day life.

I’ll make it easy for you to catch up on Three Ears Media’s content. Here are our most read blog posts of the year, as determined by you – the reader. Thanks for reading, subscribing, and being part of the inspiration behind these posts. Come back next week for an update on salary regulations and how to write about salary on your job posts to kick off 2023.
