How long should your job post be?

Look, anyone who tells you they have an answer is doing fuzzy math at best. I have yet to see a formula that actually validates how long the post should be. Face it. There are a million variables you can test and trick into convincing yourself that a longer post worked.

Here’s the reality. It’s all about candidate attention. You need to get it and keep it long enough to convince them to apply.
