Employ CEO Pete Lamson on Lever Leadership Change

Nate Smith, Co-founder of Lever, will be transitioning from his role leading the Lever team. While I will miss working more closely with Nate, I am excited to continue working with him in an advisory role going forward.

I’m thankful for Nate’s contributions to Lever and his commitment to improving how high-growth orgs build relationships with top talent.

Lever fills a critical piece of the talent acquisition journey for Employ’s clients, providing high growth organizations with a world-class talent CRM and ATS in a single solution.

Employ now offers the Talent Acquisition industry’s most comprehensive portfolio, designed to meet the unique needs of a wide variety of organizations through purpose-built software solutions and RPO services.

Employ is the only organization of its scale focused exclusively on recruiting and talent acquisition. Employ has been rapidly disrupting the market, leading to substantial growth.

In combination with Lever, Employ now serves more than 18,000 customers and operates a network of 1,200 partners to host 3.1 million open jobs and 500 million candidates.

Organizations of all sizes are struggling with recruiting and hiring challenges amid the tightest labor market in decades. Organizations are adapting to rapidly changing circumstances with highly deliberate plans for growth.

Lever’s strength in helping organizations to build authentic relationships with talent is an ideal fit for organizations focused on strategic hires.

Organizations must continue to support remote and hybrid workplaces, engage and retain talent through internal mobility, invest in diversity, equity, and inclusion, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences to compete.

Lever has an experienced team of talented employees, a strong brand, and an exceptional customer base. I am thrilled to continue investing in Lever’s market-leading products and services and building the future of talent acquisition together.
