The 4-Step Guide to Hiring an Assistant

Will they work in-house or virtually?

Step 4. Consider your hiring process

Once you’ve finalized the critical details, it’s time to promote your role and look for the right candidate.

This means looking at how you will promote the role, how you will screen candidates, and how you will ensure they have what it takes to succeed in the role — all while managing a positive candidate experience. What factors are you basing your ideal candidate on?
