According to a 2014 study by CareerBuilder , only 39% of all employers use social media for recruiting and hiring. And in LinkedIn’s 2015 Global Recruiting Trends Report , only 30% of employers reported having job postings optimized for mobile, with 37% reporting their career sites were mobile-optimized.
