(hireEZ) aka Hiretual AI Sourcing tool is by far one of the best talent sourcing tools out there. The tool is an all encompassing software platform that can do so much. For example, AI search/ranking, contact finding, Boolean building, and email outreach. There’s so many features and that will allow Recruiters to speed up there sourcing power by 10X.

I was fortunate enough to sit down with Steven and Amy to learn more about Hiretual’s recent updates and go through some search examples. Below I’ve written a full review of each feature within the tool.

New Features Added

Some recent features that I have really liked with the tool have been updating it’s advanced searching capabilities. The tool allows users to search for Divers leads: Female, Black, Native American and much more. You can also search within different industries: Tech, Security Clearance, and Healthcare fields. Within the Tech field you can search for GitHub rankings to find the most active talent online. Overall, I was amazed by all these new add-on features!

Hiretual has also updated there sources. Hiretual sources has 45+ platforms, including personal websites, data vendors, and those from the open web. They’ve expanded there search capabilities allowing users to find more active talent online.

Sourcing with Hiretual’s AI Search

1. Start sourcing and build an open web, AI-powered search to save to a project.

2. Calibrate the AI system by selecting either ‘good fit’ or ‘not a fit’ for the populated sample candidates, then click ‘Start Sourcing.’

3. Once the search runs, decide which candidates are qualified for the role ○ For those that are qualified, mark as a ‘good fit’ → click the candidates’ name to see more profile information.

Duplicate Checking Options

This is a great feature if you worked on a large scale team. My team has Beamery which allows us to connect and see if the applicants is already in our recruiting process. This feature is a huge time saver.

1. Click into the ‘Good Fit’ pipeline stage.

2. If the candidate has a profile on LI (or is on another platform that works with the Beamery extension), click the link within the candidates’ profile to open it in a new tab.

3. Open the Beamery Extension to see if they are already in Beamery. If not, create the candidate profile from the extension and go back to Hiretual to repeat this step for the top qualified candidates.

4. Export Candidates in CSV file from ‘Good Fit’ stage in Hiretual.

5. Use contact information in CSV file to reach out to candidates using preferred engagement method.

Contact Information Finding

1. Go to your preferred sourcing platform (Github, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and source candidates ○ Click into candidate profile.

2. Open the Hiretual Chrome Extension.

3. You will see the candidate’s full Hiretual profile, included direct contact information (email addresses and phone numbers).

4. Either add candidate to project in Hiretual app or click contact information to reveal it directly in Chrome Extension ○ Reach out to candidates directly from there, or use your preferred method of engagement.

Import Candidates to Improve AI Search

1. Have a CSV or xlsx spreadsheet file of candidates. In the file there must be a minimum of the candidates’ full names AND either their email addresses OR a URL link to one of their social profiles (following Hiretual’s import template).

2. Import candidates to a Hiretual project (example here).

3. Build an AI Search so Hiretual knows how you’d like your imported candidates ranked (prioritize using job titles and skill filters).

AI Search Matching/Ranking

1. Navigate to your project, and click into your AI Sourcing task (the ‘undefined search is my list of imported candidates).

2. Click ‘more filters’ and apply additional filter to only look at your imported list. These candidates will be ranked so that the candidates that most closely match the title and skill filters from the AI task will be at the top of the list. If you’d like to filter by experience, location, company, etc. apply relevant filters. This will filter out the candidates that don’t match this criteria.

Selecting Leads that meet your Search Criteria

1. Once you finish applying the filters, decide which candidates meet your criteria. For those that are qualified, mark as a ‘good fit’ → click the candidates’ name to see more profile information.

2. Export Candidates in CSV file from ‘Good Fit’ stage in Hiretual.

3. Use contact information in CSV file to reach out to candidates using preferred engagement method.

Outreach Email Sequence Campaigns

1. Simply create a project and advance these leads to the email campaign sequence stage.

2. Create sequences with recruiter templates.

3. Track each sequence and follow up. See who opened and clicked on each message.

4. You can message someone up to 10 times within the tool.

Diversity Sourcing (Example)

1. Start sourcing and build an open web, AI-powered search to save to a project.

2. Prioritize the Diversity Filter ○ Simply click the ‘Select All’ checkbox to apply all diversity group options or customize by select specific groups and/or applying Boolean logic to the filter requirements.

3. Calibrate the AI system by selecting either ‘good fit’ or ‘not a fit’ for the populated sample candidates, then click ‘Start Sourcing’ – If you want more insight into the diversity talent within your talent pool/that matches your search criteria, toggle over to the ‘Persona/Insights’ tab to ‘Generate Insights’

4. If you generated the Insights report, this will open in a new tab.
Scroll down to find the overall diversity data breakdown; from here you may choose to adjust the selected diversity filters either from the Insights page or directly in your project

5. If you clicked ‘Start Sourcing’ the search will run. Then click ‘See Candidates’ to view the list and decide which candidates are qualified for the role.
For those that are qualified, mark as a ‘good fit’ → click the candidates’ name to see more profile information or move candidates in bulk to ‘good fit’ stage.

6. Export Candidates in CSV file from ‘Good Fit’ stage in Hiretual.
Use contact information in CSV file to reach out to candidates using preferred engagement method.
