Why recruiters should care
Recruiters do outreach and legwork to source the perfect candidates. But they often realize they’re at odds with hiring managers on candidate qualifications, can't get meaningful interview feedback from interviewers, and have a nagging sense everyone has separate agendas.
We hear this frustration quite a bit. That’s why it made sense to tackle hiring manager-recruiter roadblocks together with Greenhouse. Caitlin Wilterdink, Head of Talent at Greenhouse, presented our joint webinar with Dina Rulli, former Manager of Talent Acquisition at Glassdoor and current Director of People Operations at Classy.org. Together, they presented their top five challenges when working with hiring managers, offering practical solutions to each.
