Recruiterflow product update

End of another quarter! I am sure you are busy wrapping up your quarter and gearing up for the next one. So, I am going to keep this short.

If you are visiting the Recruitment Agency Expo at Birmingham (The UK one, not the one in Alabama!), visit us on booth C28 – we’ve got some delicious treats waiting for you!

Days spent in stage report

There is a new report in town! This new report will help you understand how long does it take for you to process candidates in each stage. You can ofcourse slice and dice this data by every job, recruiters, clients and other parameters. This report is designed to give you a better visibility into the velocity of your recruiting operations and identify bottlenecks.

New filters on the jobs page

With this update, we have introduced candidate filters on the jobs page. We added Lead Owner, Source & Added By filters on the jobs page. So, if you have multiple recruiters working on the same job, and you want to see pipeline or kanban views for just one of the recruiters, you can easily do that now.

Voice Assistant!

Something that’s been super exciting for me personally. It’s a voice assistant – kinda like Siri/Alexa built into Recruiterflow. It’s early, it makes a few mistakes but it’s fun and has an endless potential. I’ve believed for a long time that one of the most under rated effects of advances in AI is going to be how we interact with computers. Coming generations will probably look at clicking and typing the way a lot of look at dial up connections!

Here are a few smaller updates

  • You can now create custom fields for placements
  • We now support fields in docusign templates.
  • Now, current job title and current company get added when you do bulk import on LinkedIn recruiter
  • You can now do bulk lookup for other profiles if some profiles already have an email in the chrome extension bulk upload workflow
  • 2-way sync with call logging. If you call a candidate from your ringcentral app (or from twilio dashboard), the call will get automatically logged in Recruiterflow. To enable this, you have to opt-in to 2-way sync for your VoIP platform.
  • You can now create custom fields for placements. So, if you want to add bonus, important dates or just simple notes on a placement, knock yourself out!
  • You can now add background color to text (highlight text) in the email editor
  • We added a new filter called email search. You can now search contents of emails exchanged, sender & recipient easily
  • We added filters to search deal closed reasons
  • Enabled DocuSign integration for clients & contacts as well to easily send them docusign requests straight from the system.
  • We added Current Openings and Total Openings on jobs page and Advanced Search. You can also have it as a column in your jobs page table. Total openings is just current openings – placements: to give you an idea about how many openings are still open in a job.

That’s it for now! As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
