Top Echelon typically holds two major training and networking events per year for its customers. The National Convention was held this past spring in Las Vegas. The Fall Conference, on the other hand, has been scheduled for October in Chicago.
The two-day event is scheduled for Tuesday, October, 18 and Wednesday, October 19. The location will be the Sheraton O’Hare Suites.
Like the National Convention, the Fall Conference will afford recruiters numerous opportunities to network with each other and exchange hot job orders and candidates, all with one purpose in mind: making more placements!
The keynote speaker for the event is respected industry trainer Scott Love of The Attorney Search Group. Love has served as a speaker and presenter at past Top Echelon events, including previously at the Fall Conference. He’s also conducted live training webinars for Top Echelon.
In addition to hearing sessions by Love, attendees will have the chance to learn more about Top Echelon’s tools and services for recruiters. All of these tools and services have been designed to help recruiters increase the productivity on their desks and the profitability of their firms.
As always, though, networking is the foundation upon which Top Echelon Network was built. Consequently, networking is a major point of emphasis at events like the Fall Conference. One of the major networking events at this year’s event will be karaoke. That’s right—karaoke!

This year, there is an official hashtag for the Fall Conference! That hashtag is #TopEchCon2016. Attendees will be using that hashtag when tweeting about the event and its many activities.
