B. Image improvements and URL inclusion: Clients now have the ability to post company updates with  a URL and large image. This enhancement helps you stand out and allows candidates to uncover what makes your company unique. *Enhanced Profile clients only

C. Image size: Create visually engaging updates that are full of larger images. *Enhanced Profile clients only

D. Social actions on company updates: Users can now "like" company updates, giving employers visibility into what's resonating with candidates.

Additional new features:

  • Embedded videos: Company updates now support embedded videos, allowing for a richer experience when telling your brand story. *Enhanced Profile clients only
  • Select multiple profiles: Clients with multiple paid profiles (such as .com, .co.uk, etc.) can choose to post an update across profiles, saving you valuable time.  *Enhanced Profile clients only

Salary Editor for  Jobs

In early January, all employers will have the ability to update Pay Range estimates for jobs. Estimated pay ranges for an employer's jobs will be shown in the Employer Center under "all jobs" and can be adjusted from there. Any pay ranges on jobs that employers update will be reflected within 1 business day. This functionality gives you the power to ensure that  job seekers see accurate pay information.
