Today, we’re proud to announce new enhancements to give you more control and insight into your Job Slot Manager and recruiting. With Job Slot Manager, employers can now:
- Directly sponsor an exact list of open positions
- Swap jobs in and out of slots based on recruiting needs
- Keep slots utilized by automatically filling open slots with new jobs
- Review performance metrics like apply starts and job slot utilization
Overall, Job Slot Manager will provide the flexibility, control and information you need to drive even better recruiting results on Glassdoor. Combine that with your Enhanced Profile to influence candidates and you’ve got quite the recruiting machine working for you!
