In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing a comprehensive training and development program, including onboarding, ongoing training, and sales manager training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training strategy, program, and curriculum for the sales organization
  • Develop and roll out the sales playbook
  • Create sales success stories, case studies, sales guides, and product collateral
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository
  • Train the sales organization on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Liaise with Product Marketing for up-to-date product information
  • Strengthen customer reference program and user community engagement
  • Design cross-solution templates for standardized presentations
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices
  • Develop an internal sales website for communication and access to materials

Requirements and skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support in a SaaS company
  • Proficiency in e-Learning tools, development, and implementation
  • Experience building sales tools, playbooks, training, and certification programs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
  • Experience in a sales or sales support role preferred
  • Knowledge of Sandler Sales Methodology preferred
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving skills
