Hi Divya Just a question - We wanted to automate a bot for our whatsapp channel for registering aftersale complaints, asking the customer to provide their details, and also picture of their invoice and damage products. However developer saying that once the customer upload a picture, the chat ends and no flow can continue. Possible to have someone clarify and help?
