Older adults are categorized as experienced, polite, and thoughtful on the one hand, but also old-fashioned, rigid, and lacking in technical skills. The current job market still considers these stereotypes, making it very tough for older applicants to get an interview even when their skill sets match. Isn’t that wonderful!
