In 2027, HR and recruiting will look way different, and artificial intelligence (AI) and chatbots will play a big part in that disruption. AI and bots can’t replicate those skills—they can’t tell stories or assess the finer points of emotional intelligence —at least not until we get into true sci-fi territory decades down the road.
