WTF is Quiet Quitting!?

The Whiteboard

I find it pretty easy to switch off from work, I’m not one of these ‘by week 3 I was bored’ type recruiters. This isn’t to say that recruitments long shadow doesn’t occasionally block out the UVs whilst I lounge in the sun. They are calling the other recruiter who left them a message. Quiet Quitting.

Snog, Marry, Avoid ??????

The Whiteboard

Recruitment Consultant was in the top 3! Paddy, who is looking a million bucks, suggested a recruiter wouldn’t be ideal to wed as “they will give you jobs to do your entire life” This is, unfortunately, the only slight bit of justification. A Recruiter’s Campaign to Ban School Holidays

The Whiteboard

And, as a selfish recruiter who likes to rant via my blogs, this week, which should have represented another step closer to recovery, has been slow as s**t. If you’re a recruiter working on more than three vacancies, you will have been affected by the school holidays. Either a client is away, a candidate is away, or both.

LinkedInappropriate

The Whiteboard

In the same way that Twitter is mainly used by journalists and politicians in a co-dependent dynamic, Recruiter and Job Seeker meet on this virtual platform. In an attempt to capture the imaginations as well as the limited attention spans of the up and coming Tik Tok generation we will see these on our feeds in the coming months.
